Empowering Womenโs voices and leadership in Anticipatory Action under the ๐๐๐ฃ๐๐ ๐๐๐ฆ๐๐ฃ Project Institute of Himalayan Risk Reduction, Campaign Nepal and CARE Nepal have come together to to launch a 7-day training on ๐๐ฌ๐ฒ๐๐ก๐จ๐ฌ๐จ๐๐ข๐๐ฅ ๐ ๐ข๐ซ๐ฌ๐ญ ๐๐ข๐ for vulnerable women and community members. With 20 participants from ๐๐๐ฃ๐๐๐ฏ๐ข ๐๐ฎ๐ง๐ข๐๐ข๐ฉ๐๐ฅ๐ข๐ญ๐ฒ ๐๐ง๐ ๐๐ฎ๐ซ๐ ๐ ๐๐ก๐๐ ๐ฐ๐๐ญ๐ข ๐๐ฎ๐ซ๐๐ฅ ๐๐ฎ๐ง๐ข๐๐ข๐ฉ๐๐ฅ๐ข๐ญ๐ฒ, we kicked off the first day by introducing the programโs background and purpose. The energy was high as we broke the ice with games, pooled our expectations, and co-created ground rules.
